Scott Miller, Benefit Advisor, Principal
Scott began his insurance career in 1992 as a carrier representative, marketing third party administrative services and managed care dental programs. In January 1995, Scott joined CCI Benefit Solutions and was soon named a managing partner. His insurance industry involvement includes Past President of the Columbus Association of Health Underwriters (CAHU). Scott also serves on the Broker Advisory Board for United Healthcare and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Scott is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Richard Ritter, Benefit Advisor, Principal Rich began his insurance career as an agent for New England Life Insurance. In 1997, Rich joined CCI Benefit Solutions to provide 401(k) retirement planning expertise. Rich is a member of The Builders Exchange of Central Ohio Financial Group. Rich is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a degree in Economics.
Brian Waterhouse, Benefit Advisor, Principal
Brian joined CCI Benefit Solutions in 1994. With over twenty-two years of industry experience, Brian's expertise in employee benefits is extensive. His career has spanned a broad spectrum of functions including consulting, management, and provider contracting in previous positions with American Dental Plan, Acordia, and Hill, Richards & Co. A Certified Wellness Program Coordinator (CWPC) from the National Wellness Institute and member of the Wellness Council of America, Brian works with employers to integrate worksite health promotion and disease prevention programs in to their health plans. Brian holds various designations including the Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) and Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM). Brian is a graduate from Rollins College and member of the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society. He is active in local civic organizations and serves on various boards.
Dennis Dirks, Benefit Advisor
Dennis Dirks started in the insurance industry in 1984 with Mutual of Omaha specializing in group health benefits. Dennis was awarded the Chairman's Board three years in a row, a distinction held for the top overall employee at Mutual of Omaha. Dennis joined CCI Benefit Solutions in 2005 where he specializes in Small Group Business Health and 401(k) Retirement Plans. Dennis is a graduate of the University of South Dakota.
Josh Kinzel, Benefit Advisor
After an internship with CCI, Josh Kinzel joined the firm as a Benefit Advisor specializing in small business health plan implementation. Josh's previous work experience includes a role as an HR assistant for a mid-sized employer located in Northeast Ohio. Josh is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Human Resources.
Jerry Phillips, Benefit Advisor
Jerry Phillips began his insurance career in 1976 and soon began his own health and life insurance business in 1981. In 1993, Jerry became Ross County's first Certified Financial Planner. Jerry Phillips joined CCI in 2007 and provides many years of experience in financial planning. He is a past president of the 7-county South Central Ohio Association of Life Underwriters and was named Life Underwriter of the Year in 1995. Jerry is a Charter Member of the Association of Health Insurance Agents; a member of the National, Ohio, and Columbus Association of Health Underwriters; and a member of the Financial Planning Association. Jerry is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Chillicothe and is currently the incorporator of The Kiwanis Club of Chillicothe Foundation. Jerry is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
Amy Larason, Account Manager
Amy joined CCI in 2002 as an Account Manager. Prior to joining CCI, Amy worked in sales and sales management with Nextel Communications and Mettler Toledo. In her role, Amy assists customers in developing an overall employee benefits strategy and is our lead Account Manager for our retirement plan clients. Amy is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University located in Delaware, Ohio.
Gena Miklos, Account Manager Gena started in employee benefits in 2004 and joined CCI Benefit Solutions in 2005. As an Account Manager, Gena serves our mid-sized employer clients and specializes in the implementation of consumer driven health plans and wellness strategies. Gena is a graduate of the University of Dayton.
Tricia Collins Schmidt, Account Manager
Tricia began her insurance career in 1999 working as a benefit advisor and sales manager for a local brokerage firm. Tricia joined CCI in 2005 and specializes in the development and management of employee benefit programs and wellness strategies. Tricia is a graduate of Otterbein College in Westerville, OH.
Debbie Stamnes, Account Manager
Debbie Stamnes has spent her entire career in the insurance industry, beginning in 1985 when she worked as an underwriting assistant at William Penn Life Insurance Company. Debbie also worked in New Business Development with Principal Financial Group prior to joining CCI. Since joining CCI in 1999, Debbie has served as an Account Manager.
Ashley Ellison, Client Advocate
Ashley joined CCI Benefit Solutions in 2005 and serves as our Client Advocate. In her role, Ashley assists clients with claims, billing issues, as well as eligibility and enrollment questions. Ashley is a graduate of Otterbein College with a degree in Business Administration.
Debbie Graham, Administrative Assistant
Debbie began her career in office administration in the fall of 2006. In her role, Debbie enjoys working with clients and assisting them with claims, billing, eligibility, and enrollment. Debbie is a graduate of Samuel Stephen College and has a degree in Office Administration. |
